We work closely with our customers, thoroughly familiarizing ourselves with individual customer needs.

Systematic analysis and engineering expertise determine the best approach to producing a customer’s part or component assembly.

With every product we build, we develop improvements which are then incorporated, noted and tested. In addition, constant feedback from customers provides us with information on how to improve products.

Finally, an integrated relationship between engineering and manufacturing yields the most efficient designs, reducing the number of components while improving accuracy and simplifying service.

We currently have two workstations, with the following CAD-CAM software packages.

CAD - AutoCAD 2006 with Mechanical Desktop 2006 and Autodesk Inventor 10.0 for designing.
CAM - Mastercam X, SDRC Smartcam, BobCad and Pathtrace Edgecam for writing programs.
